Tie Guan Yin is the king among Anxi teas, it is made from the tender leaves of the Tie Guan Yin Trees.
Bitter Melon Tie Gaun Yin Aged Oolong Tea is a special tea in Anxi country. Choose Fresh Bitter Melons, clean and emptied them, filled with Tie Guan Yin tea leaves, then use wood charcoals to bake them for 6~10 times (each year twice), after 3~5 years, they are used for drink.
The Bitter Melon Tie Guan Yin is 4 Years aged Oolong Tea. It brews the bright orange tea liquor, the taste is mellow and sweet with a nature delicate fragrance, though it is bitter melon Tie Guan Yin, there is no bitter in the tea liquor but sweet aftertaste.
When we brew the leaves, please don't throw away the bitter melon slices, please brew them with the tea leaves together.
